October 1 Program
Do Ethics + Leadership = An Ethical Leader?
Every day you make personal and professional decisions based on values that are right and good. You consider yourself to be "ethical" . . . but does this make you an ethical leader? Or does being an ethical leader require more than having an internal "moral" compass? If it does, what does it require? This seminar by Carolyn Rylander explores these and other questions about leadership and personal and institutional ethics.
